TUNING HANDS ( 30-40 mins ) // One of the hardest working parts of the body. Your hands are connected to your heart chakra and a potent energy point. For anybody who uses their hands a lot, this is nice energetic care. Clients have felt ease of pain, flow and lightness. As an artist, I find that working with the hands is very magical.
For Distance Sessions, this is all done while you are sitting comfortably in your home, in a space where you won't be disturbed. It's over the phone and preferably with headphones on.
